About Me
Why do I blog?
My camera sees things. I want you to see them, too, so I’ll post one picture each day. Since I usually use too many words, I'll include a word or short phrase that reflects my own feeling about the photo, but I'm more interested in what you think and how it makes you feel. What I ask for in return is for you to post your comments about those pictures. Why you like them, or don't, what they make you think of, how they make you feel. I agree we need to find our own light. But should everything be doubted... don't think so.

Thank you, fire byrd, for prompting me to think this quote through....
I'm guessing the word doubt was chosen by a translator as the simplest way of saying something much more complex.
I take it to mean that no matter what we see, hear, taste, feel, or are a part of, we only ever know some of it, there is no way to know all of it. Or that things are not always (or are never) completely as they seem.
In the case of light, it is much more important for us to find what is within us, the thing we can be closest to knowing fully, then something outside of us that we will only ever know a part of.
Interesting topic for contemplation. Thank you!
Oh, and thanks for the compliments, hon. I suspect you're more clever, I just happen to have a great camera.
